John and his crew did an incredible job on our pool/deck. From the beginning John stood out from the other companies who gave us quotes because he was honest and fair - not only trying to sell me on something but listening to what we wanted and presenting the best options that would achieve that. Please do not select this company to resurface your pool. Our pool looked beautiful but the bottom surface was starting to loosen and feel rough. Throughout the process we questioned how the pool looked and were given one excuse after another. When we requested that John come and see the completed work, he even made the comment “your pool man is terrible” . However, he did not correct the problems.
