John and his crew did a wonderful job in creating a beautiful driveway, patio with a large planter, and a wall with gate opening. We couldn’t be happier with the finished improvement to our home!
John and his crew was absolutely amazing! John met with me in person and we came up with a game plan for a complete pool remodel of my pool. He dropped off tiles and paver materials while I was at work since the stores were closed by the time I was off at work. Hi John, We have been trying to reach you by phone, text, and email. We love our new pool deck and refinished pool, but as outline in our communications, there are problems with sloping elevation into our house causing water to come inside whenever it rains, or whenever we wash the deck. We are also experiencing pooling water in the corners of the patio that without any drainage, we are concerned will cause damage to the beautiful pavers you installed over time. Suffice to say, he surpassed all expectations and went the extra mile in every way possible. The quality of John’s work is top notch – and he went out of his way to accommodate every request we made. We hired this company based on reviews. It has been nothing but a nightmare. The pool resurfacing is now turning brown. His paver subcontracts did a very poor job with pavers popping up everywhere when you step on them which is very dangerous. When I call or text to get a day when they will come back and there is never a return call, he calls it harassment. To get a day???
