Went to pick up a few days ago, at the will call department. The young man in charge of the pick ups has bad attitude, very rude no customer service whatsoever. They do have a great selection but very disappointed about how I was treated.
Orange County Industrial Plastics is outstanding! Paul is our rep and he consistently goes above and beyond to take care of us. OCIP truly focuses on customer service, and it shows in every interaction. They recently saved the day by processing our order quickly when we were in a time crunch. We’re so grateful for their reliability and responsiveness — highly recommend!
Absolutely awful! It's one thing not to stand behind the products you sell. It's another thing to misrepresent your products and flat out lie just to make a sale. I've been doing work for every major entertainment industry in So Cal for 30 years; theme parks, sign manufacturers, scenic fabricators, film & television productions, and more.
