Absolutely awful! It's one thing not to stand behind the products you sell. It's another thing to misrepresent your products and flat out lie just to make a sale. I've been doing work for every major entertainment industry in So Cal for 30 years; theme parks, sign manufacturers, scenic fabricators, film & television productions, and more. Pick up and customer service were perfect
I'm so disappointed about this company after years doing business with them. I have order many acrylic sheets and cut (4X3' and 4X5') through years long. This morning they cut (4X4' and 4x4') and they said "it could be wrong during cutting". I was surprised because measurement can't be that off. It is only human mistake. I have complained about that and they was trying to argue with their mistakes. And another guy was coming (i think manager) said, " just refund it, don't let him buy our product again".
