Jim is the man. He gave us a tour and we will be purchasing a lot of styrene and corrugated plastic from them.
Pick up and customer service were perfect
I'm so disappointed about this company after years doing business with them. I have order many acrylic sheets and cut (4X3' and 4X5') through years long. This morning they cut (4X4' and 4x4') and they said "it could be wrong during cutting". I was surprised because measurement can't be that off. It is only human mistake. I have complained about that and they was trying to argue with their mistakes. And another guy was coming (i think manager) said, " just refund it, don't let him buy our product again".
