RecommendedI got my COVID-19 vaccination today. I was so impressed with the way Orange County has organized this. Had to wait about 45 minutes. It was by appointment only with a QR code which I was lucky to get the first day Orange County went online. I had no problem with the registration process for this first dose and the second one which is scheduled for February 11th. Congratulations to the Orange County Health Department for its COVID-19 vaccination registration and inoculation process! I received my first vaccination last week and was impressed with the organization and execution of the effort and courtesy of the staff. Great job!

I would recommend that when appointment are made the clients are given all the documents when appointment is made. I had to wait two days just to come in. The day of the appointment is not when we should be filling out paperwork cause everyone rushing to be next and writing fast. I understand some people writing can’t read. But I believe the process would go faster if everyone had paperwork they can download or get when appointment are made.
Needs to be shut down!!!!!! All employees run around like lost idiots treating all patients like inmates.
