Came into OCFS with a derate on my truck. Friendly, professional, timely service. Very fair pricing on top. Can’t ask for much more than they did. Time is money and I was only down for an afternoon thanks to them. Will bring my equipment back anytime. Highly recommend.
Darren was most helpful. When we thought it was a serpentine belt replacement he spoke with driver before going out- coached him thru troubleshooting to learn the compressor had froze up causing the belt to fail. Took care of everything including getting us an upgrade on parts after the dealer provided a defective one. Handled everything and stayed within estimate at the same time. Never responded to my email after telling me over the phone everything sounds good. Was for a simple retiming of a 1999 chevy v8 454 gas UPDATE RESPONSE: Shows how out of touch you are with working. Never quoted any price and was scheduled for service on the drive train and not cosmetics. Clueless and crushing all under criminal wages and prices
