Mechanics usually get a bad rap for a lot of reasons, but those reasons don’t exist here. I started bringing in my Porsche Macan after my “free”, pre-purchased services ran out at Porsche. Everyone here is awesome and HONEST. They’re highly communicative and transparent.
I had been looking for a shop where I could service my 2014 Mercedes C250 economically as I am pragmatic about spending thousands on a car only worth $5k or so. Forget the dealer and another independent shop I tried was hardly better. Then I found OC European. Upfront, fair pricing on what each service would cost, and will tell you what is truly necessary vs. what can wait. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Brought my 2014 Audi Q5 in for a check engine light (turbo underboost code) that I needed fixed for a smog check. Christian and the team were honest and transparent the whole way through. They started with the cheaper fixes before recommending a turbo replacement which I really appreciated. The car runs great now! Highly recommend!
Efficient and courteous service. Explained everything clearly. I was given an estimate ahead of time, so there weren't any surprises. The services manager emailed me about a couple of issues to keep an eye on, but could wait to see if it needs any work.
