Dr Yian attended my concerns quickly and efficiently, no long wait period and referred me quickly to different specialist for my case ! I’m so thankful !! There was no beating around the bush and was straight forward! :) great doctor!

Had a really bad experience and hope to help others not have the same. Dr. Paul Sun was aggressive in removing my ear wax, so much so that he pulled some skin off my inner ear. Then he went on to tell me that I did this to myself by using Qtips (which may be true but not kindly delivered after having caused great pain). When I asked him if my ear was bleeding, his response was, "When you peel off skin it's going to bleed." With the aggressive treatment and lack of manners, I will not be returning to see this doctor.
Had painful debilitating right ear ache for several days, where I avoided all movement and could not sleep at nite because of the pressures & tenderness. I went to see OC ENT in Laguna Woods for some relief, yet, receptionist could not have given a care in the world about my pain saying “we have no openings today” and when i asked if anyone might take 5 minutes just to look, she said “everyone is busy, we have no openings today.
