Not honest company, claiming themselves as a low income apartments, where tennands must complete yearly evaluation to qualify to live there, nevertheless Stepping Up keeps increasing the rent regardless of the income. My first increase was 4 month after I have moved in. Then each year additional increase of the rent. As I am a single mother with two children my rent now is twice of my paycheck (one month rent is equivalent to two months paychecks).
