Steve at Orange County Carb and Tune is a man of a dying breed. This guy is a one-man show, and once he’s gone, we’re all shit outta luck. I brought him my ’79 Dodge van with a 360 5.9 V8 in it. I was having problems where, on turns and stepping on the gas, the van would backfire through the carb and stall out. I brought it to Steve, where he rebuilt the carb after soda blasting it. Steve rebuilt my carb off a 71 ford F250, brought back home bolted it on and it ran the best its ran in 25 years, I didn’t even have to adjust it !
