I am very disappointed by the Fran the customer relations manager. She is very combative and hung up on me twice both times I tried talking to her. She would not listen to the problems the vehicle has been having ever since I drove it off the lot. They sent a BMW technician out to assess and fix but the problems still exist. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car!!!!! I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2016 X5 from them. I have emails and texts with a bunch of empty promises to reimburse me and nobody will return my emails or calls. This has been going on for 4 months!!!! Justin Sullivan was the sales guy and he seems nice until the car rolls off the lot and then you are left to deal with any issues on your own and none of the management will step up and do anything. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!
I met my client advisor, Gabriel Hale at a great BMW promotion event at Citi Field in 2014. At the event I got to test drive the 4 series, 5 series and with a very well done simulation I experienced the benefits of x drive on icey hills and in slippery conditions in the actual car. I leased the 5 series and every service department visit has been a pleasure. My lease is almost up and I will definitely remain a BMW driver and Rallye BMW client.
