No communication at all
I recently sold a property. The buyer used this company’s title services. The communication from Orange Coast is awful. They asked for the same documents and information multiple times even though I had provided it to them previously. We finally closed and they issued me a check on July 31, 2026. It took until today, August 14, 2026 for their bank to honor the check. Probably the least professional title company I have ever dealt with. Beware!
Been really good so far. However my bank says that thier checks are funny. Which means my money is still on hold can't believe this.
