Kevin, President, had his construction workers lay down tarp on a slanted floor - through rain and all, and left us with mold all over the terrace after removing the tarps. Then Kevin Franklin has the audacity to claim this was “plant material” as if nothing had been documented by us from the day prior to construction- to the day construction began, through the duration of construction, and finally recorded the day the tarp was removed.
