This place has a serious problem with unexpected bills. I have received three so far. I paid several hundred upfront. Then, I received an additional charge later for the doctor's services. Then I received another charge later for the anesthesia. And now I've been given a third charge for whatever my insurance apparently didn't cover. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the day of my procedure, my experience was wonderful. I was scheduled timely. I received follow up messages to confirm my appointment. On the day I my appointment I was pleasantly greeted and taken back after a minimal wait. My nurse Griselda was the best!!!!! She was funny, patient, concerned, and she got my IV in perfectly! They are not professional at all. I will give them zero out of 10 for my experience.
I was not informed that I would get a second charge for a biopsy on my tissues. Letting your patients know this ahead of time would be courteous.
