Yesenia was super professional and patient. She answered every question and concern. Her customer service was the absolute difference in my choosing to rent with Otter vs another company. In a day and time when "customer service" seems to have been forgotten, Yesenia 's personal touch gained Otter a new customer. Kudos and many thanks.

Miss destiny with outter space Storagewas very generous very polite. Very kind. I enjoyed the experience with getting details and information concerning being able to have Storage space, Mrs Destiny is amazing. I enjoyed working with her need more people like this in the world.
