OATA in Orlando on John Young parkway is probably one of the most least freindliest businesses I have ever encountered. When you have a question that act like your anoying them. It's a shame that in Orange County dealers can't use the DMV for tag services and have to use this horrible tag service. That really needs to change. Very very disappointed with their service.
This company is out of control. They should not be allowed to act on behalf of DMV. Several trips and every time they ask for something more after they review and accept the documents as complete. What a waste of time

Best Place To Renew All Your Vehicles, and any type of FDMV related work , you paid an extra fee but it’s worth it better than seating for hour at the county tax collectors office
Every single employee is rude and unhelpful. They take their sweet time with each request online or in person. Calling for a question or coming in to pick up inventory is always such a hazle because you get treated like you’re a problem for them. Never a positive or EASY experience at least. Customer service or at least common courtesy is something everyone in this place lacks. If you need anything just go to the Winter Park location.
