Grass was amazing. She got me in and out with a title work in 8 minutes. She was very helpful and informative. And don’t forget the front office lady Courtney with her great attitude and very helpful. I left so satisfied.

Here in Plano—in the year 2016, mind you—these people demand that invoices bear a "Paid" stamp, yet corporations like LKQ—the largest junkyard in the USA—issue their invoices without one! These people are either incompetent or just out for money!

I had a very frustrating experience at OATA today. I had been trying to call them for about a week with no response, so I went in earlier to get information. The lady at the front desk told me that if I came back until 5:30 PM, they could process my dealer tag request. I drove an hour to get back there and arrived at 5:20 PM, the lights were off already.
