Stay away from this place. They lose customers paperwork.They almost never answer the phone. Good luck getting them to return voice messages. Very unprofessional company. If the owner would please contact me so I can explain in detail that would be great.
Disgusting place to do your work, they rejected your work just saying that you made a mistake on your paper even though that’s a lie and after give you their contact to go to their friends office do the tag for more money. So they rejected your work just because they want you to go to their friends office so they can make money. I think corporate needs to investigate that
I love working with the OATA office and especially Sissy my client support manager. She is always a pleasure to work with. Whenever I have a question or a rejected deal she is there to assist me. Please keep up the great work OATA and thank you Sissy for making me feel like I'm a VIP even during difficult times.
Grass was amazing. She got me in and out with a title work in 8 minutes. She was very helpful and informative. And don’t forget the front office lady Courtney with her great attitude and very helpful. I left so satisfied.
