I went in requesting eyebrow threading only. The staff member told me my skin was sensitive and insisted waxing would be better. I was hesitant, but she asked me to trust her and said it would be fine. She ended up burning my eyelid. This is not minor irritation — it is an actual burn on the skin around my eye. I got my facial done today and Navneet was just awesome. She was very helpful and approachable as always. It was the best 1 hour hydra facial and I can't wait for my next one.
