The staff at the South Jordan office were extremely patient, cohesive as a team and made me feel incredibly safe. It’s very rare to have such a lovely, loving and affirming experience when you have a procedure that can be frightening and uncomfortable.
Your receptionist needs to space the appointments out so that there’s not a 30 minute wait in the outer office and then another 25 or 30 wait on a chair with the dentist running back-and-forth. This is my last visit to this Facility. This wait happened in May and now in September, with Covid it’s just not a good idea to keep so many people in the office at once.
