I waited over a year to get a tooth pulled had a appointment for August 4th just to be called today by a very rude receptionist that said if you cant come in this Monday then you'll have to wait till February.. who does that to there patients is the doctors even aware of what's happening.. or does he make that much money that they don't care about there patients at all. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Very very poor customer service .. fell bad for the dentist if his not aware how people are being treated
My husband remembered going to Dr cusatis when he needed teeth removed 10 years ago and had a great experience. So now when he needs 6 teeth removed to get a partial, we called. They could not get him in for 6 months. Now, the day before he was supposed to be there at 1:30 pm, they call to confirm him for 11 am. (So wrong)!!! Then change his appointment out another 5 months to October. She proceeded to say that his insurance won't cover it! We know it does!! There staff are very friendly and they took very very good care of my son I would definitely recommend them
Very good service. I was quite nervous but Dr. Cusadis was very kind, reassuring and did a great job. Staff called to check in with me post procedure. Made for a very positive experience all around. e.
Had quick great service and no pain after the removal off 6 teeth so pleased I would suggest them to every one I would like to thank the nurse and the receptionist and The doctor thank you
