Dr. lane has installed a few implants for me. He is very pleasant, and painless.
The doctor was great. Surgery was easy. Then they filed with my insurance during the holidays. Insurance never got the file, and I got the bill. Called the surgery facility and asked them to refile. They told me no problem, we will refile and to ignore the bill I received. Fast forward a year and a half later, I find out they never filed with my insurance, and they submitted my bill to a collections agency.
