When I entered I felt the “warmth” of the office. I was greeted right away with a smile. I was seen earlier than my appointment time. They’d check with me to be sure I was okay often. Reviewed my procedure in full to be sure I understood what they were doing. I was numbed, worked on, and out of there! This office cares about their patients! I will refer friends here! Excellent care and customer satisfaction
Everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant and answered my questions readily and or referred me to who may have the information. Dr Keisic was very professional, friendly and welcoming. She made sure to educated me of the process of the surgery, and throughout repeatedly checked on me to verify my confort and pain status. I had a positive experience with both the staff and surgeon. Post care phone calls were timely returned by someone who was knowledgeable of my inquiries.
Very nice and friendly employees. Would definitely recommend.
