My first experience with extracting a wisdom tooth and Dr Eva Kiezik was done within minutes, I was impressed!! From the beginning consultation to the end of my procedure it took maybe 30 minutes! They were so wonderful and made me feel very comfortable the entire time! They kept asking if I was ok or if I had any questions! There was no pain at all from the numbing medicine to the extraction, I didn’t feel a thing! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! EXCELLENT PERSONABLE CARRING
Very poor customer service. It took multiple calls, sending an email, and a contact form, and never received a response. I had to try my luck with their phone system just to get a hold of someone. That took 2 weeks, then another 1.5 weeks to be seen. I verified with my dental plan provider that benefit was covered while office says it's not and the surgeon determines coverage. Sounds like BS to me. My plan provider determines coverage, not the doctor. Waste of time.
Very professional environment. I could tell right away. Everyone was courteous and professional. Great experience.
