12 minutes ago TOOTH PULLING FACTORY !!! I can only talk about the Clifton Heights office. WARNING.....this place is scary! Note that I have half decent dental insurance, my dentist has a beautiful, clean and updated office and they sent me here. No matter your situation this place is only acceptable if you don't care about going to a dentists office that hasn't been maintained or upgraded in ANY way that I could see since it opened. They were quick,once I was called back,very professional,I printed out my forms and had them filled out ahead of time, first visit,would recommend that if you can, was referred here by my dentist.
2 different doc said the tooth MUST come out and they want to consult and MAYBE pull the tooth the same day? Scam to get more $.
I attempted to get my tooth pulled without getting put to sleep because my insurance charges for it, he didnt numb me enough and i was already nervous. He started to pull my tooth and i felt every thing. Pressure and pain. I started to yell and he said"NO YELLING" he gave me lil more numbing medication and started again. He pull half the tooth and i felt everything. I started to cry and he stopped..he stitched my gum up yelled at me about not getting put to sleep and told me to reschedule. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed this morning with Dr. Richman. She had an 8:30 am appointment and was taken back on time. Surgery went very smoothly and she was done and in recovery within 30 minutes. He and his staff especially Erica at the front desk are great. We were given post op instructions, medications, and extra gauze by his nurse and were on our way home within an hour of our arrival. I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you for a great experience!
Hurry up and wait....but if your late forget it your done. The staff needs to take happy pills. I like Dr Braum! I wish he was elsewhere . And someone fix the door *slam* *slam!*
9am appointment and I was still sitting there at 11am, no explanation as to what was taking so long . Whats re point of making an appointment ? What a joke .
