WORST experience ever. Dr Powell supposedly is "great" with kids. I wouldn't have thought he ever even dealt with kids after today. My 6 year old got nervous and began to cry m after the second novacaine shot and instead of giving him 5 seconds to calm down, Dr Powell kept pacing in and out of the room frustrated, threatened my son to have me wait in the waiting room and we would take care of it "the hard way" (as if that would calm him down), he was extremely rude and kept repeating over and over how he has such a busy sche... read more
POWELL PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH !!! And the coward will not stand behind his written promise to provide implants in the now missing 2 molars. Stay away for your own good they say he is losing it. Admitted he did not look at note in file my dentist wrote and went against my dr order to pull #30 and pulled #31. A total whacked out man I noticed something wrong about him and should have left office.
Very nice and was very comfortable with the staff especially dr. Powell
