WORST experience ever. Dr Powell supposedly is "great" with kids. I wouldn't have thought he ever even dealt with kids after today. My 6 year old got nervous and began to cry m after the second novacaine shot and instead of giving him 5 seconds to calm down, Dr Powell kept pacing in and out of the room frustrated, threatened my son to have me wait in the waiting room and we would take care of it "the hard way" (as if that would calm him down), he was extremely rude and kept repeating over and over how he has such a busy sche... read more
