I hope everyone coming to read the reviews of this place chooses not to go here. They’ve done little to nothing more than lie to me at each step. Had my insurance “ran” the day before my surgical appointment, arrived for the appointment to be told something happened with my coverage and now I have to pay $3000 out of pocket or they aren’t doing any work. My son had to have oral surgery yesterday. Dr Rickman was great! I couldn’t have asked for better from him and his team!! Don’t let some of the negative reviews keep you from using this clinic. I’ve been to the actual clinic for consultation before the surgery and we were treated really well by everyone we encountered. I recommend Dr Rickman and will use him again if needed

I wish I could give them zero stars! Dr. Rickman and his office assistant are the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met! If you don’t have to deal with them don’t. All they wanted to do was argue about how they were right instead of listening to the problems I was having after my wisdom teeth removal. The Dr. actually hung up and told me he wasn’t helping me because I was rude about saying his office assistant was rude.
