Will update after I heal up. The team here worked very quickly after they had everything set up, almost too fast. There was no communication with me as to what they were doing along the extraction process until they had to split the root, and no discussion of stitching my gums to promote good clot development. The oral surgeon finished removing the loose bone, had the tech irrigate the area, and left. Ashlyn, the dental assistant is amazing at her job! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s an active listener and empathetic support. Oh, and Dr. Faber is great too! He’s down to earth, non-judgmental, and excellent at what he does.
I received wonderful care at Oral Surgery Associates. Made to feel relaxed and confident during my procedure. The nurses and doctor were fantastic! They listen and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!
I took my daughter for the extraction of her last two baby teeth that would not come out, everyone was so friendly and kind. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and the assistant was very patient and clear. The doctor came in and introduced himself to my daughter by his first name and made her feel at ease right away as she hates anything to do with doctors of any kind but this doctor, Doctor Faber (hopefully I spelled that right) got her relaxed and comfortable. I have extreme anxiety and Dr. Novelli and his assistant Kaylee (sp?) Were absolutely wonderful. She was so reassuring and kind. Dr. Novelli was great. Aftercare instructions were thorough and complete. I haven't had any complications. Thank you to both for making one of my worst-case scenarios the best.
