Front office staff Neveah and Emily in billing were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful. The office was clean, booking an appointment for wisdom teeth extraction was easy and timely. Overall, we had a great experience.
I got all four wisdom teeth removed. Doctor seemed upset when I told him I didn't want fentanyl as a sedative. Anyway, stitch came out day one (bottom left). Called the office day one @3pm on a Friday, no answer. Called lansing office and was told they'd call back, never did. It's now the following Wednesday, called emergency line hours ago & still no call back. I'm at urgent care and have confirmed I have an infection on the bottom holes. Urgent care wants me to go back to the surgeon to do a check but I will call my dentis... read more

one of my stitches came out almost immediately after getting home. i felt as though the process was rushed. My mouth is now bleeding so much that i can’t eat anything. staff was friendly but again it felt like they were rushing through the process
