I am very sad that I have to give just one star in this review. Especially since the doctor was excellent. We had Dr N****** and he was outstanding! He was simply the best. Outstanding bedside manners , great communication, excellent in his work and knowledge. This review is for the Grand Rapids office. BUT The office staff is the worst.
