The scheduler was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Not professional at all. Very unexpected and disappointing.
Today was My Son's second time as a Patient to have teeth removed. Both times ... four teeth had to be removed .. he is 17yrs old now. After the procedure All Staff were Great by overseeing recovery and informing ... The Doctor came into the recovery room to check on My Son and I!! After I got My Son home ... at the end of business hours ... the Doctor called to check on My Son and to answer any questions that we have! In All my years of life ... Recent surgery for extraction. Very professional and kind. Nothing but 5 stars.
This was my second time needing their services and I was very pleased once again. From the receptionist to Sharon who walked me to our car I was treated with respect and kindness. An added bonus was seeing two young ladies I used to have in Sunday school when they were little. Dr. Patterson himself called in the evening to see how I am doing. Very little pain. If you need to have oral surgery this is where you want to go.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Great place!! :-)
