I had my wisdom teeth removed in August 2023. Over the phone, they are very nice people. The surgery was brutal. I was under the impression (As it was never explicitly stated) that when I paid for anesthesia, it would mean I was unconscious. But by the time they started surgery, I was wide awake. Terrible horrible awful experience, I was told I could be seen if I was able to get there within a few hours I said ok I’d come right away, upon arriving to their office I immediately felt uncomfortable and out of place the best description I felt as if I was walking into a plastic surgery office in Los Angeles or Miami! Not to mention their lobby is completely separate from the rest of the business including receptionist desk & dental rooms etc which felt secluded and cold.
