This office will lie to you to get you to go in. They told my my procedure was completely covered by insurance (I asked them multiple times and they assured me it was fully covered after the 400 dollar co pay) well they lied and I had to pay almost 800 dollars out of pocket and was then told if I didn’t pay it in full right then it would be sent to collections. Find someone else to go to, these guys are scammers.

I had my wisdom teeth removed in August 2023. Over the phone, they are very nice people. The surgery was brutal. I was under the impression (As it was never explicitly stated) that when I paid for anesthesia, it would mean I was unconscious. But by the time they started surgery, I was wide awake. Terrible horrible awful experience, I was told I could be seen if I was able to get there within a few hours I said ok I’d come right away, upon arriving to their office I immediately felt uncomfortable and out of place the best description I felt as if I was walking into a plastic surgery office in Los Angeles or Miami! Not to mention their lobby is completely separate from the rest of the business including receptionist desk & dental rooms etc which felt secluded and cold.
