So first of all we came here for our wisdom appointment just to get an x-ray. When we first got there we gave them our last name and they said that our appointment was canceled. We never canceled our appointment so we showed them the proof from the text message we got saying that we confirmed the appointment. The front lady at the desk called her friend and asked for the name again and our date of birth.
