the front desk receptionist would not submit my insurance information for a pre treatment plan. I could not get past the front desk receptionist. When i left message that my teeth were infected and i needed to speak to dr keegan he never called back. i could not get past the front desk receptionist it was wierd.
Dr. Epstein and his staff are wonderful!!! My case was a little difficult but they never made me feel like I was a burden. I had to return four times for my procedure and each and every time I felt welcomed and comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about them - all of them. Dr. Epstein is an excellent oral surgeon and an amazing person. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Dr. Keegan extracted my 7 year-old's extra tooth this morning and I can't say enough wonderful things! Both my son and I were considerably nervous about having this procedure done- it was his first experience with local numbing and I did not know how he would react. With the help of the delightful assistants (who comforted him & held his hand), Dr. Keegan, and a little laughing gas this experience was a great one for me and him! Great Job!!
Dr. Epstein did a great job on my wisdom tooth extraction. He explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions. He was ready to go on the day of the operation and there was almost no waiting time at his office. I recommend him for anyone needing an oral surgeon in the area.
Amazing experience! Totally anxious about my surgery. Dr Epstein made me feel at ease and was so compassionate. Surgery was easy and the staff was so friendly. Would highly recommend this practice for your oral surgery.
