Front office receptionist was extremely unfriendly! I would never come back due to the lack of compassion!!! My daughter's dentist referred us to get her tooth pulled and the oral surgeon was persistent on pulling 2 of the teeth instead of the one tooth that needed to be pulled. After insurance, the bill was outrageous and the front office receptionist would not allow me to make payments!!!! Needless to say, we went back to our family dentist and he took care of it for us!

I couldn't be happier! Had a horrible tooth ache the westbend office got me in within 2 days! Front desk was very friendly went above and beyond! I have been there 2× once 5 years ago Dr Jensen pulled one of my wisdom teeth very friendly answered all my questions. Very unprofessional place especially the front office. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Mary is very rude and made you feel like you were a bother to her. Dr. Schmidt was wonderful. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would suggest if you want a great dentist it is great to go there as long as you can handle the front office staff. RUDE RUDE RUDE
