I thought the staff was excellent! They are friendly, knowledgeable and really care about you. My experience wasn’t the greatest with the answering service, (dentist on call) both before and after my surgery. I was told, “sorry, you’re stuck” and “there’s nothing we can do.” While those things may have been true, I was in an incredible amount of pain and getting no reassurance was very frustrating. Dr. Pfeifle was amazing. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and even though they could not find a good vein for IV sedation, they kept me very comfortable through the procedure and I was awake the whole time. Dr. Pfeifle assured me that he would not hurt me and gave me more medication as needed when bumping up against a nerve. He was great and assured me that I would be okay. My nurse Kim was great as well. Very caring staff overall, even when dealing with nervous Nellie's like me. Thanks for taking such great care of me.
I had two infected wisdom teeth on the bottom and they got me in and looked at my xrays and came up with the best option for me and then scheduled my appointment and I got it done today they are very caring and quick they even called to see how I was feeling
My experience was very plesant. They had me in and out as a new patient getting a tooth pulled in an hour. Everyone was very friendly and my surgeon Dr Pfeifle did a great job pulling my tooth with absolutely no pain. Best dental experience I've ever had!
