Very friendly staff, procedure and cost well explained, no complications and no complaints.
Dr. Coffey was great with my kids. They don't mind getting their teeth pulled. Office staff is also very nice! We have been using them for 2 years and will not change!
Dr Auch and his staff were very caring and professional during the procedure I had done. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Coffey's plan of action was explained to us in simple easy terms. Our out of pocket was determined and paid. Once insurance processed the claim our overpayment was sent within a week of our Explanation of Benefits from the insurance company. Excellent follow up customer service after surgery. I had a unique situation that required me to get in to get my wisdom teeth taken out the next day. I woke up in extreme pain one day & learned that my wisdom teeth were impacted & I was losing the insurance that I was on due to my dad retiring. They worked with me to get me in & were kind & compassionate through the whole thing. At 45 years old and had two impacted wisdom teeth. I heard horror stories about what I would go through. Dr Engel had me in and out of surgery very quickly, removing both. My pain level was good for the first 48 hours and then spiked for a day or so, but nothing compared to what I was expecting. Everything healed very quickly and overall I was pleased with the results. It is not something I would want to do again, but Dr. Engel made the situation as good as it could possibly be!
Dr. Coffey is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter was so worried about going to her appointment, but he made us feel comfortable and explained everything so she could understand. He took the time to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed.
