I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I would HIGHLY suggest that anyone who’s fearful of the dentist, or needs a procedure done to go directly to this office! You understood my anxieties, alleviated them ALL, treated me with compassion and care. The office and rooms were immaculate, staff felt like family... I don’t have a single complaint. After an in office consultation, The office representative told me our procedures were covered in full. Later on the phone the office assistant told me the name, date and time that they had been given approval for coverage. I later received a bill & that a large part of service was not actually covered. I was told I should have NOTICED the word estimate on the paper as she was explaining full coverage! Be careful! You may get stuck with a bill after it’s too late to agree to other options.

great staff, great doc. 3rd time having to see Dr. Van Hoose. each time very little discomfort during extraction and the after care is wonderful.
