Let me just say Dr Nick and his staff went beyond the call of duty. Due to my additional injuries besides the broken jaw they were pushing me in my wheelchair and making room for me to maneuver the office. G started off the appointment making me feel right at home. Dr Nick collaborated with me for the best option of care. Giving me his cell number was an extra plus but I didn’t think I would need it. I was at this appointment with my mother who was the patient. The medical staff not only took AWESOME care of my mother who was the patient, the caring, compassionate, & professional staff, took care of us the family. I felt like I was with my family taking care of my family. I was worried about the surgery for my mother, & the staff right away saw my concerns, & gave me everything that I needed at the time that I needed it most. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!!! I have never experienced an Oral Surgical practice that was so in need of your money. I probably paid $9,000.00 for one implant and cap and they wanted every dime up front and then some. I paid in two parts, the entire amounts and they had the nerve to send me a bill for $111.31 two months after implant was “finally” placed. It took 7 months to receive the implant and cap. If you pay for a service up front and then for whatever reason cannot do it, you will have to fight for a refund. Paid in October; have only gotten half back in February. Going to small claims court now and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Be warned.
Stay away and do not pay in full!! Mother in law paid 8k in full back in October 2024. She became sick and moved her from area for better care. It's January and still no refund. Heard every excuse as, can we split payments? It's in the mail etc... now we have to file with Ethics board in Georgia State attorney General and civil suit for maximum.
