Awful woman in billing. CANNOT GET OVER THE WOMAN IN BILLING. Told me over the phone a quote in the 3 digits, actual quote when I got there was in 4 digits. Terrible, sketchy payment plan options that took forever to apply for and didn't even work. Paid upfront and felt scammed. Getting my follow up with the doctor I know and trust. She kept smiling at me like that was going to make it better but I felt like a zoo animal. Came off as patronizing. Otherwise the staff was helpful but yikes.

I accompanied a friend for their wisdom teeth removal, and while the individual staff was courteous, when we arrived the following sequence of events occured. The quote we received was significantly more than the quote given over the phone, and my friend informed them she was willing to use their payment plan, which is through a third party. Update March 2026: I continue to receive collection notices for O&M account even though I owe nothing to them and was told by their staff I was removed. Update Jan 2026: I was still not removed from their debt collector record even though O&M owed me money, not the other way around. Spent 3 days leaving voice-mail and texts to the billing department.
