Dr. Vera is an excellent surgeon.She is very direct and tells you what to expect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
We have been very pleased with the surgeon's response to post surgical concerns. We were able to get appointments on short notice and our concerns were addressed
They were on time with their appointment, as was I. It's never very pleasant going to the dentist to have teeth pulled, but the dentist kept me informed before, during and after the procedure. They also assured me that, if I had a problem, I could call and reach a dentist. Thankfully, so far, I'm doing great.
I had a tooth extraction and bone graft with Dr Au on tooth# 30 ( next to my molar.) I was awake during the procedure but felt no pain at all with the local anesthetic that had been administered. Got my requested antibiotic as well. Upon returning home I followed all the written instructions to a letter. Still no pain throughout recovery.
