Recommendedit's a little drastic to call a visit to the dentist as "delightful" ... but that definitely describes my experience with Dr Quinn and all of the staff. They are highly professional in their dental/surgical capacities and very personal in their patient care. I know that they are committed to excellence in all that they do and they always consider the concerns of the patient above all else. Honestly, I am truly delighted in every way ... and I am honored to give them my highest recommendation!!
I had issues with the billing dept with my mother. They could not explain why the charges were different to what the insurance was billed. The drs are great! So I took my son there for wisdom teeth removal. Again had issues with the billing. I went ahead and paid what they said even though they couldn't explain it. A couple of weeks ago I received a "refund " I guess. A check for $287 with no explanation.
I had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday by Dr. Collins. Never had a surgery in my life. He made me feel extremely comfortable and did such a wonderful job. The nurse made sure I had everything I could need before the holiday sent to the pharmacy just in case. She was so sweet! I have nothing but praise for Dr. Collins and his team. Thank you OMS!!
Dr.Quinn and his team gave me the best and most relieving dental experience I've ever had. I was treated with importance and it was a quick and professional procedure.

Rude staff. Uncaring and unprofessional. Made to feel less than human. Do NOT go in expecting to feel like a person, much less a priority. Surgical dates keep moving AFTER already taking off work, going through pre-op instructions and driving over an hour to get there. Operate like a back alley scam job working in the appearance of a nice facility. Very disorganized with no communication skills whatsoever. denied me service and demanded the branson location not take me because they booked my appointment for 845. I explained to the lady that was putting my appointment in i had to be back on springfield for work at 930. im ok with being late but not too late. well they booked it anyway. the place didn't open until 9am in bransan. They had 5 people already waiting so I used my commen sense. if they have 5 people here at 845 am and the doors aren't opened and I have to sign paperwork to start my consultation. so what makes you thi... read more
the staff there is very friendly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Meyer! He definitely gets a 10 out of 10 in my book!
