My son had his wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr Kazemi. It was a great experience. We had a great experience.
Horrible customer service! I went in for an emergency appointment to be seen. Dr. Gustainis was fantastic, very nice and he listened well. The office staff was too lazy to call my dental insurance company to verify my financial responsibility. Instead they charged me over $300. I called my insurance company and verified what was responsible for which was $50. I have been trying to get my money back from these people for 3 weeks.
