Front secretaries were so lovely from the moment I walked in! I was getting my wisdom teeth removed (on day 4 of recovery) and Megan who was my nurse was absolutely amazing. She went into detail about how to have the best recovery, answered all of my questions and was patient and helpful throughout the entire process! Dr.Fenwick was the doctor that did the procedure and it went perfectly, such an amazing team here and I would recommend it to anyone:)

Having recently being referred to this practice, both Dr Marchese and Dr Fenwick removed gum tissue for my 86 year old mother who has had teeth troubles for 70+ years. Several days after one procedure the wound reopened and due to being on blood thinners, it took us 7 hours to stop the bleeding. Dr Fenwick called us back at 11pm at night to guide my mother's care. Not happy with customer service
Unfortunately, I did not have the great experience many of my fellow reviewers did. I saw a dentist in Cobourg (where I live), due to a concern regarding my gums. I was told they were not prepared to do anything but they would refer me to this location in Whitby to have a biopsy done. We drove over an hour the day after a snowstorm to Whitby, and after filling out a lot of needless paperwork, I met with the doctor.
