Everyone was SO FRIENDLY, and the waiting room is very pretty and comfortable. My son is still back there getting his wisdom teeth extracted, but so far it has been nothing but a very positive experience!
My experience was great!! Besides the worst pain of my tooth they treated me fast and efficient. The staff helped me and reassure me that I will be fine.. Dr. Roden was very empathetic and very supportive in my care during the process of my extraction.. Overall he's was the best oral surgeon I've ever met!! He even called me to check to see how I was doing also including the staff during my healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Roden along the whole staff of Brookwood Dental Complex..

Dr. Roden and his staff were very personable and demonstrated patient concern in everything they did. He genuinely cares about each patient and even called the night of the surgery to check on me. I appreciated the thorough explanation of the dental implant process and what to expect each step of the way.
Having a dishonest woman that steals from those in a hard spot, working under your staff is a disgrace. Ashlei Jones is her name. She sold me a vacuum for $45, I asked if anything was wrong with it and she said no. She knew I was driving an hour and a half to meet her for the vacuum, so when I showed up and the whole bottom piece was missing she convinced me they were cheap to replace and if I wanted to return in a week or two if I was not happy with it we could meet. I contacted her and she blocked me immediately.
Dr Roden is thorough, gentle and kind, which is what I needed, having anxiety about going to the dentist. I definitely recommend his practice. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Went in for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Roden and his staff are amazing. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Before I knew it I was done. I definitely recommend them for your dental needs.
