I'm single living in a motel. I don't have a chauffeur on staff. Wouldn't even see me unless I had a driver accompany me. Should ALWAYS be patient's discretion as to anesthesia type. So, instead I went to a real dentist who shot me with a local anesthesia and yanked it out; no problems. Change your policy.
Won't perform extractions without general anesthesia for people who have contraindicating conditions.
