Where to begin with this place?! First of all, I woke up in the middle of surgery because they must’ve used an amateur anesthesiologist. I started flailing on the table and they just kept operating and my gums got hacked up so bad as a result. Second, they over-billed me by about 10x what the amount should’ve been, and it took me over a year of working with insurance to resolve that issue. Luckily it has been resolved. I saw Dr Huy at the Chalfont office for a tooth extraction. Everyone was very pleasant and professional! Dr Huy was great, and he followed up! Everything went well.
Practice charges 3% credit card fee on debit cards. This is illegal!
Dr Rodriguez is a total pro. She was so helpful, and she took the time to explain the procedure. She even followed up the next morning to check on my recovery!
Horrible treatment!! Will never go back. Then almost a year after my visit receiving bills. Called so many times from my cell & work phone- no response. Just keep on adding interest on my bill!!!
