I had few experiences from this clinic and they are absolutely rude as ever they trying to get rid you off not there to help you out. Absolutely ridiculous and bad attitude they speak fast and as mad.

I had a really disappointing experience at the reception. The young lady working there was very rude to me for no reason. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a patient, I expected to be treated with basic respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the management addresses this, because no one should be treated that way—especially in a healthcare setting.
I had a very unpleasant experience speaking with the receptionist at the dental office. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful during our conversation. Instead of answering my questions politely or offering any assistance, her tone was harsh and unprofessional. It was completely unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I got my braces put on for the first time and I was scared and nervous. The orthodontist was rude and didn’t explain anything to me before hand. He just shoved the air thing in my mouth and I freaked out and he just snapped at me telling me to stop in a rude tone. He even was rude at the assistant when she was trying her very best to calm me down. At the end I was happy with my result but not during the process.
