The dentists is amazing but his insurance manager lacks compassion! I went today to have tooth 15 removed. This was an infected tooth and it would have been less barbaric to have me sedated to remove the tooth. My insurance company MetLife spoke to the insurance manager and on speaker told her that since the tooth is actively infected sedation for one tooth would be covered and this insurance manager still said NO, you’ll have to pay 100% out of pocket because I do not trust MetLife!
