This place is a joke!! They told me I aged out for my General anesthesia when I had the best insurance possible. I spent all day on the phone with my insurance company and the staff at this oral surgeon office . My insurance told me that my general anesthesia was paid for 100%. And that the office did my paperwork wrong and put the wrong age which made me age out. After I got off the phone with my insurance company for the third time that day. Recommendedgreat surgeon and super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Both myself and my son had extensive work done there and we were treated very well. Loved every thing about the group. Thanks for a job WELL done.

RecommendedThis may not be a big deal to most, but I just conquered one of my biggest fears and had zero anxiety throughout the entire process! I had two back teeth extractions this morning without being put to sleep and without gas. At no point was I ever uncomfortable or nervous...as a matter of fact, I was more relaxed during the procedure than I am on most days. There was also no pre-medication prior to oral surgery. Awful communication. Rude staff. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to illness and they canceled my second appointment without telling me after I confirmed and they stated I didn’t confirm. Then the third time they confirmed a time for me that is after business hours and I stood outside for 30 minutes thinking they was on lunch so I called and was told my appt was at such and such time. The office staff and Dr. Musser reassured my daughter as well as myself that everything will be fine...I had to remain calm to prepare myself for the side effects/aftermath! Lol Overall, she had minimum pain and the staff called the nxt day to check on her status� Now, her brother will be following in a couple of months
