Terrible billing staff. I paid for a consultation up front and out of pocket, and half of a dental procedure at the Nacogdoches office with a post dated check for the other half. It should be noted that I have 2 dental insurances, and was told when I was there for the consult, that a claim would be sent first to my primary insurance, and after payment was received from them, a claim would be sent to the secondary insurance.I was told I would receive payments from insurance, as I had to pay out of pocket and up front. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted this morning, and Dr. Hurst and his staff were very professional and polite. They made me feel comfortable and everything went smoothly. Dr. Hurst even followed up with a phone call this afternoon to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hurst to anyone.
Great doctor and easy to deal with. He has greatly helped some friends of mine on several occasions.
