Unprofessional and unethical — stay away. We paid our bill in full months ago, but somehow they "forgot" to charge us $512 at the time. When they finally noticed their mistake, we paid it — only for them to turn around and claim they never received the payment. When we pushed back, they casually dropped that they had experienced mail theft recently — and told us to provide proof that the check was cashed.
