Excellent customer service! I called at 5:30PM on a Thursday with a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment the next day, at 3 o’clock going into Memorial Day weekend. Very impressed with the 7:30 PM call-back and willingness to make the appointment.
I became a patient of this practice in December 2023 because their website showed Saturday appointments; however, I was only given appointments on days that I worked late. It was an inconvenience, but I dealt with it. I had a cleaning and a few fillings replaced, which went well, so I made an appointment in March 2024 to have a crown placed on an upper tooth. Almost every dentist office was closed on Saturday, I called the office and they got me booked quickly. Took about 40 mins the extraction. Dr. Sisk knew exactly what he was doing and his helper Jordan was a sweetheart. I wish every dentist was like him.
