I have been here 2x. The first time I contacted patient relations about some concerns and I was medcally gaslight by them. Then my most recent visit the type of sedation they used prior wasn't properly recored they had no idea what was used previously. The medication they used for oral sedation this time wasn't as good as last time and I remembered more than I ever care to remember. Attention: DISGUSTING SERVICE BY HARBERVIEW I waited four months only to be informed that the clinic would not accept me as a patient. Initially, they had trouble even locating my referral. After four unsuccessful attempts, I had to personally visit my PCP, obtain the referral myself, and hand-deliver it to the clinic. Scheduling was also a challenge, as the designated staff member appeared to be unavailable for several days each week. Parking leaves a lot to be desired, especially it being a hospital. As far as I could tell in the endless search for parking there's only three or four floors for visitor parking and not enough spaces. You just circle and hope you get lucky. The security set up is also confusing. Don't know whether to go through it or bypass it. Map cards would be helpful or just an in-general map that says you are here would make navigating much easier.
